      <image:caption>Dr. Gabriella Ruzin is a licensed clinical psychologist (CA #33207) in the Bay Area. She began working with Dr. Patrick MacLeamy in October 2020 and also works as a psychologist at Kaiser Permanente- Autism Spectrum Disorder Assessments in Rancho Cordova. CA. Dr. Ruzin has dedicated her clinical experiences to working with children and families, and has a specific interest in conducting developmental evaluations and providing Pivotal Response Therapy (PRT) to children on the autism spectrum. Dr. Ruzin received her bachelor’s degree in Psychology and minor in Education at the University of California, Santa Barbara. She earned her PsyD at Alliant International University in San Francisco and completed her pre-doctoral internship at the Jewish Child Care Association (JCCA) in Westchester, NY. While at JCCA, she worked with children diagnosed with intellectual disability, in addition to autism and severe psychiatric diagnoses. Her dissertation was focused on the use of PRT with children diagnosed with a rare genetic condition known as Dup15q. Her dissertation was supervised by Dr. Lynn Koegel, the founder of PRT.   On her free time, Dr. Ruzin is an avid runner, teaches yoga, and loves spending time with her husband, daughter, and two dogs.</image:caption>
